How many photos will we receive from our family session?
Most families receive anywhere from 60 to 100 professionally edited photographs. The exact number depends on the length of your session and the size of your group, since larger families with more groupings naturally end up with more images.
How do we reserve our session date?
A 50% retainer reserves your date, and the remaining balance is due 5 days before your session. Send an inquiry with your dates, where you are staying and how many people are coming, and you will receive available times and everything you need to book.
What happens if it rains on our session day?
There is never a fee to reschedule. If the weather turns, we work together to find another day during your stay. If the session is rained out and there is no other day that works for your family, you receive a full refund back to your original form of payment.
Can you photograph us at our beach rental, resort or condo?
Often, yes. When your rental or resort sits on the oceanfront, the beach right outside can be a beautiful and easy choice, especially with little ones. Share the address when you inquire and Pasha will let you know whether the light, the dunes and the crowds work well there or whether a nearby beach would be better.
Do you have availability during holiday weeks or on short notice?
Holiday weeks, spring break and summer evenings are the most requested times and fill first, so booking early is best. Short notice dates do open up, especially when the weather shifts plans, and sunrise often has openings when sunset is full.
What if a grandparent cannot walk far, or we have a stroller?
Let us know ahead of time and we choose a location with a short, easy walk from parking or a beach access. Sessions move at a comfortable pace for every generation, and strollers and wagons are always welcome along for the walk.
How do you handle groupings for big families?
Before the session you can send a simple list of the groupings that matter most to you, such as each household, the grandparents with all of the grandchildren, siblings and couples. The full group is photographed first while everyone looks fresh, and the smaller groupings follow.
