LOVE STORY FROM THE COUPLE

Cameron and I met almost six years ago through mutual friends while in college. We both love the coast and all the beauty it has to offer. Getting married at Belle Isle Yacht Club in Georgetown, SC was an easy choice for the big day. Growing up and spending time in this small coastal town became a tradition that we eventually shared together. We wanted our wedding to be simple and classic, not to take away from the gorgeous backdrop of southern live oaks, spanish moss and Winyah Bay. Our ceremony was performed by my great uncle on a beautiful day surrounded by close friends and family. Cameron and I had many meaningful moments, including his sisters performing “The Lord’s Prayer” during the ceremony and Nana’s famous pound cake decorated by my cousin and adorned with white peonies. I am grateful that my dad and I were able to share these special moments of walking down the aisle and dancing to the band play “My Girl” by The Temptations. We had a fabulous time at the reception with our guests and band, Threshold Party Band. We didn’t want the night to end! Another special moment was my mom singing “You Are My Sunshine” I don’t think there was a dry eye in the place! Thankfully, we had Pasha Belman photograph this special day to help cherish the memories forever. The cherry on top of a perfect day was ending the night with “Young Forever” by Jay Z featuring Mr. Hudson. We are ecstatic to be Mr. and Mrs. Young and are so appreciative to everyone that celebrated this special time with us.
