We loved working with Danielle and Rich during their intimate wedding at Litchfield Plantation in Pawleys Island, SC. This was a perfect wedding venue for their magical day.
First of all, they wanted a location that would feel right for their intimate affair. Danielle and Rich had around 35 guests who were only the most special people in their lives. As the great hosts, the couple wanted to make their guests feel like they have entered a fairy tale. At the same time, they wanted them to feel cozy and relaxed.
Second of all, Danielle and Rich wanted the natural beauty of the Low Country to be the main vocal focus for their event. During their ceremony, the warm sun backlit their salutes. Through the majestic branches of the century-old live oak tree, you could see a beautiful marsh. Danielle and Rich also had their reception under these moss-draped beauties overlooking the marsh. I must say, I was very impresses by the scenery of their first dance. At that time, the sun was just getting to horizon. The light from chandelier and cafe lights around the dance floor created very romantic mood. As Leonardo Da Vinci once said, “Simplicity is ultimate sophistication”. If you are looking for simple but sophisticated backdrop for your life’s special moments, definitely consider visiting this Pawleys Island wedding venue and see for yourself. This Coastal South Carolina gem will not leave you disappointed.
